CSI's business is built on a sound foundation of nearly 50 years in the Industrial Processing Industry. We serve the Industrial and Commercial Markets solely...we are not a residential service company.
We engineer, sell, install, and service Industrial and Commercial heating and cooling equipment. In addition, we install and service industrial ovens, cooling towers, chillers, dust collection equipment, air filtration, and air scrubbing equipment.
CSI Services is a unique Mechanical Contracting company that provides a total turnkey project:
- We provide Project Engineering Design including CAD drawings if required.
- We select and provide the major equipment.
- Our welders and pipe fitters perform a complete installation of the equipment.
- Our staff of factory-trained Service Technicians provide Start up and Service
CSI Services has a fully staffed Industrial Service Department, with qualified people who are available 24 hours per day, 7-days a week. We have a full staff of boiler/burner Service Technicians who can service small commercial boilers, ovens and furnaces up through large industrial boilers with several thousand boiler horsepower capacity. Our Service Technicians are also qualified to trouble-shoot and repair air conditioning and process cooling equipment from small packaged rooftop units to large industrial chillers.
In addition to having 24 hour per day emergency service, we also offer Preventative Maintenance Contracts for all of the equipment we service.
As a Mechanical Contractor, CSI can provide new equipment installation and/or modification. We have in-house welding and pipe-fitting capabilities for all types of steam or process piping projects. We are experienced in steam, chilled water (or glycol) piping, fuel oil, gas piping, etc. including steel, stainless steel, copper, and plastic pipe materials.
As a Welding Contractor, CSI Services is A.S.M.E. code qualified. This allows us to perform certified repair work on all types of boilers and pressure vessels.
Our owner, Doug Tyger, is a Licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer. With his expertise, CSI can help companies evaluate their existing heating or cooling systems throughout their facilities, and save energy and increase reliability. Our Engineering expertise allows us to help in complex heat transfer and fluid flow projects. We use the AutoCad drafting package in order to help customers with new or as-built drawings once a project is complete.
